"I worked with Tahir for over 15 months on an IT Separation Programme. This comprised of DC Migration, Webhosting Migration, Contract Novation and TUPE. We moved the entire VAA estate away from CSC to another DC hosting organistion. Tahir headed up the CSC exit and I was the VAA Programme Manager, This was obviously a very politically challenging task and I can't praise Tahir highly enough for his professionalism and support throughout the whole process. We worked together to define and agree repeatable processes which enabled both parties to control and manage costs and resources well. Tahir protected VAA from the internal CSC processes which meant we could absolutely rely on his team to deliver as agreed. Thanks to Tahir's management on the CSC side of things all parties were able to work to a common goal and deliver a successful outcome on time and to budget with minimum disruption to VAA business. Tahir is definitely able to 'see the bigger picture' and I would thoroughly recommend Tahir in a Senior Programme Management role. Professional and good fun to work with."
