- Experience of working with Agile methodology and tools like JAMA, JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, Kanban, Scrum
- Experience of BAU service design and setting up post implementation support
- Experience in implementing organisation change, business processes, training and system adoption
- Background in Consulting with PwC and DXC
- Worked with all major IT organisations like DXC, ATOS, HP, TCS, WIPRO, Capgemini, Soprasteria and have experience of leading the delivery from client and supplier side
- Experience in working with C level stakeholders, gaining their trust and consistently exceeding their expectations
- Have managed large budgets (£1m-£50m) and team size of 10 to 125 people
